KELSEY BASS RANCH MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

Having read the “Kelsey Bass Ranch Rules and Regulations” and understanding them as they apply to both conduct while on the Kelsey Ranch and to the membership of the Kelsey Bass Ranch, I agree to abide by the rules set forth.  Furthermore, I accept all responsibility for any damages, loss of property, or injuries to my company and myself and in general hold harmless the Kelsey Ranch and Merced River Nursery, Inc. for such occurrences.  I agree to pay for all club charges such as equipment rental and guest fees.  I will pay the annual membership fee within 30 days of the date of renewal.

Therefore, I                                                     , on this date of                    , hereby sign this membership contract, after which, upon the Kelsey Bass Ranch receipt of  the annual membership fee, understand and will be with all rights and privileges granted in “Kelsey Bass Ranch Rules and Regulations”  an official member of the Kelsey Bass Ranch.  This contract expires only upon termination by the member, lack payment of membership renewal fees, or by a determination by the Merced River Nursery, Inc. that the membership should be revoked without refund for not following the rules and regulations set forth.
